Hi - I've been holding a note for a friend for 7 years now. Ready to move on. What are some companies that buy these loans? I have gotten letters from companies in the past but threw them away. 

If you're looking to take down a ~$35k property in PHX to hold and sell later, your best bet would likely be to drive those areas and contact the owners (or their brokers) that are selling.   

I'd like to connect to fellow investors, especially those looking to sell any SFR & small multi units.  

When you are interviewing them I would ask how they screen tenants and what that process looks like.

I would love to touch base and hear your process, management companies you recommend (if any), how do you find your renters (through a service or on your own?).
