The county website that shows taxes, does not take into account the MUD and School District taxes, so make sure you find out how much those are.Good luck!

Since this thread is still alive, I'll add another 29 cents (adjusted for inflation).You are starting with a cold list, so called in the direct response industry because the names have no recent history of responding to any particular offer.Here's a shocker: most probates are NOT distressed sales.
