Hey, Total Newb question but is it possible, when buying an occupied apartment building, to demand a history of tenant rent payment?

Sugarland also had great schools however it is very competitive due to high concentration of asians in the area.

The county website that shows taxes, does not take into account the MUD and School District taxes, so make sure you find out how much those are.Good luck!

Since this thread is still alive, I'll add another 29 cents (adjusted for inflation).You are starting with a cold list, so called in the direct response industry because the names have no recent history of responding to any particular offer.Here's a shocker: most probates are NOT distressed sales. 

In MI, like many other states, the market is down through the school/winter months.I know of a lender locally that will get you what you want at the typ 75% of the arv.  

I take down the address and look it up on Zillow to check out photos and past sales history.

So I surrounded myself with other misguided fools like myself, retired at 49 & the rest is history.

I always ask for rental history on properties for my clients and am thorough in my approach. 

Most of the time it's just "how do you like the neighborhood", "how are the schools?"
