it's a transaction coordinator site that seems reasonable but not sure how legit it is. 

@Jason LintSome folks love having one payment and one set of closing costs (even though they will be inflated doing that many properties).I have done blanket/portfolio loans, but most times, people decide to do them as separate transactions. 

This transaction wouldn't involve a realtor.

Its fairly affordable, and reasonably safe in the right neighborhoods.

They were slow to respond at times, but otherwise it was much like any other real estate transaction after the bidding process.

For the first card, put a small monthly recurring transaction on it - like your Netflix subscription, and setup auto payments so the balance zeros out every month.  

Also do not forget commission is negiotiable and a good real estate agent knows the ins and outs and are willing to handle the full transaction for 4%.
