We felt relatively safe buying ours as they had just gone through an over $16K per unit special assessment several years earlier for new roof and siding and had raised the condo fees to build the reserves up so it doesn't happen again.  

You could also look into a self defense class, I'd suggest Krav Maga.There's a company teaching a class called "Real Safe - Self Defense for Realtors".

Rates get down to probably 2% for Any decent safe play.

They appreciate a safe, clean, cute little house they can afford to rent. 

Some of you can't even describe what real estate is, much less why it is valuable in order to apply techniques to improve the value.......which really means you have no understanding of what you're doing or trying to accomplish.So, again, learn the fundamentals of real estate, then look to your strategies to apply in your business.

Those that are not paying their mortgagesI think it is safe to say that those that are not paying their mortgages will probably continue to not pay their mortgages, even with a 4% loan.

You allow bad technique to take over and risk injury (lowering your deal standards).

Will the basement door have a lock so they can feel safe that you aren't coming into their space?

Has anyone had their property tested yet?  How much did it cost?  This is getting expensive to be a Landlord in the city of Toledo!  All because I couldn't sell my house for a fair price when I moved out of town.  SMH...
