I feel like if I were to start a company that would help out Flippers/Investors, then I would surround myself around these types of people more frequently, and it would allow me to acquire properties more efficiently in the long run and would allow me to get out of the "9-5".

That allows you to then pull all your money out and Repeat (buy another property).Your hold time is completely dependent on you.

People complain about there being no deals today but if we had a repeat of 07/08 those same people would say there’s too much uncertainty and miss the fire sale anyways.

Would they expect to be rewarded with anything more than repeat business?

Rinse and repeat.

Learn from them and do not repeat them and over time you will be successful.

If they are a cash buyer (and a repeat buyer) you definitely want to establish a relationship with them.

I would suggest you find one local lighting vendor that will work with you on higher end stuff and provide discounts for repeat buying. 

Hello Everyone,    Being a truck driver, I spend a lot of time on the road with just my thoughts, especially when SiriusXM has nothing new on and is just repeating, and the weekends the stock market is closed!

If you make a sale by deceitful tactics...that's 1 sale...maybe...but if you make a customer with practices of integrity, then you have repeat business, as well as (word of mouth) advertising.
