I have found this an easier way with reduced risk of getting into the RE Business.I am looking to further develop my RE Business and am interesting in working together with other investors where possible to do this and also obtain short term funding where required to fund the growth of my business.To put it bluntly, I want to invest and get ROI, to build wealth for more investment and not to buy & hold.I look forward to building relationships with other investors, especially if we can sincerely work together on projects to grow our businesses.Thank you

The agent representing the property says she's been trying to get them to allow the listing to be reduced with no success.

IE we got a book with all the listings in it.. the public had no access to the book and you needed an agent.Now we go through a progression which includes getting your buyer prequaled .. then they will usually do their own drive bys  and only when they focus in on potential properties will you actually show them to them..

Without saying where you would want to live in a public forum - I'm going to go out on a limb & say that it will be difficult to find a move in ready Multifamily that doesn't need some kind of work @ a price point of $400K.  

For any wholesalers out there, how are you reducing the number of deals that fall apart at the title company due to liens or defects?  

If it's a great deal I don't want to put too much info out about it publicly.
