Lots of inventory on the South Side is promoted at a 10% CAP rate, but that's just the promotion. 

While many of the ideas promoted are fairly accurate, if it's me I'm trying to solve my problem directly.

I wonder why those with strong views against the practice of wholesaling are quick to take up the issue with individuals but are quiet about its promotion and support as a whole on BP. 

If someone has the money, they will create the entire program, down to seminar scripts, levels of selling, advertising, promotion, recruitment of employees, and every other aspect.

They are giving away free info to promote their band (it works) and when they got an audience that is desperate for a change in their life they gut them with hope.

Get a degree, or a new job, or a promotion in current job or even a complete career change.

Similarly, if your willingness to lease property to the company bought you special consideration such as a promotion, raise, etc., the IRS may have issue with the transaction.
