I predict stagflation like in the 1970's.

There is a huge difference between crowd funding (which is risky in my opinion) vs syndications which have a long history in the US and are more predictable.

I'm predicting real estate to be mildly (likely not noticeable) impacted somewhere in that next 5 years, and more noticeably impacted over the 10 years+, following that.To be honest, I'm surprised water is not more of a discussion- but, like I said, it will be.
