I understand there are numerous ways to finance, but initially I’m looking at conventional with the usual scenarios: 15 yr fixed at 10% (PMI of course included) or 20% and Heloc to leverage cash for next property30 yr fixed at 10% or 20% and use Heloc I’m having difficulty finding the best scenario to meet these goals and would greatly appreciate some advice, insights or shared experience.

I tell all the tenants that they must communicate with one another regarding neighbor issues that will always spring up.I kindly told her that I did not believe the tenancy was going to work and that I had numerous people interested in the apartment.

You are wasting effort and time to avoid the chance of inconveniencing someone or creating perception that doesn't exist and may never exist.
