I'm very new to the REI field but a little research goes a long way.

@Adam Hicks Do you or your wife have a two year history in the same field and at your current job?

I like to compare it too college debt - I've taken on college debt for a practice that gets me decent money but is extremely stressful and is a field I'll no longer be in in a number of years.

But there is an 'Other' expense of $100 that I can't figure out where it's coming from.Looking at the Landlord-Paid Expenses field I have figures for Garbage, Insurance, Vacancy, Repairs, Cap Ex and PM.  

I am brand new in this field and am just getting ready to start investing in properties.

The installer on this one slipped from his ladder and had to receive medical treatment.

Besides taking some real estate classes, my only experience in the field involves two real-estate internships and some personal tax lien investing background. 

I'm asking for two reasons... first I am about to self manage for the first time shortly and two I am going back to school for business and I have a project coming up that I'd like to be in this field.
