I think Lubbock is a great marketplace currently.

Zach Faris posted two deals in the marketplace to check out in Wichita Falls if you invest there.

Hey @King Johnson ,You can post deals on the Marketplace section of  Biggerpockets .Do an online search for "We Buy Houses Neptune, NJ", "Sell House Fast Cash Neptune, NJ" and contact the first 4 pages for each of those results.

Also, if you go to the Marketplace and post what you're looking for, a bunch of people will contact you with their proposals.  

The rents you are seeing on Zillow & FB Marketplace are actual comps, just make sure they are similar in size, location, & condition of the subject property.

You've also got to remember that if you're trying to salvage materials, a lot of the demo will have to be done by hand instead of with heavy machinery, which adds $$$.If you want you can take a shot and post on FB marketplace and CL.
