Things like how much you're willing to put down, length of time you want the funds, if you are looking to hold the property, how you will pay the money back (I always want to know about relationships with banks and prior refi's for my buy/hold investors).   

The company veil also, while could probably be questioned by an opposing party, should not be pierced if proper documentation of the arm length transaction were kept. 

There needs to be defined length of time the loan is out (so maturity date), rate, payment amount, frequency, etc spelled out in the promissory note.

For example, insurance policies will specify rates depending on average tenancy length.

On the North side of my building is a 12' wide Alley space that has been closed off by the neighbor and the space extends back along the length of both our properties.
