I currently have 2 SFH rentals, having just purchased my second one last month and am currently renovating it.  

Last year I bought a slightly used terribly expensive nice truck and put 10k down on it.

when i bought my last house it was tenant occupied-they are there for 10 years and continue to pay rent on time without issues.Is it important for me to have  a copy of the keys? 

I was working as a project manager in the construction industry full-time up to last year when I was able to quit the W2 life and invest full-time! 

Lastly, I am looking for an attorney for the transaction.

Hey Everyone,I closed on my first duplex in Pittsburgh, Pa last week.

So, over the last 6 weeks I've sent out about 1,150 mail pieces (not that high, I know, but we'll get there), and I've gotten about 25 pieces back. 5 are probate leads that I would like to track down, about 15 are postcards (weighing the cost and time of tracking leads for this prospect group), and a few are driving for dollars leads.
