@Jacqueline Bruen Whether the LLC has been in operation or not, if you purchase the property through a LLC expect real estate loans to have recourse meaning you will personally guarantee the loans.

Personally I wouldn’t count any Apple profits and just count that as a bonus unless you’re planning for that to be your new job. 

What I was referring to were things like copies of operating agreements, verification of identity, copies of other documents we've already presented to our escrow company that establish how to take title, and so on.
