Hi BP Community, I have been involved with BP for Quite some time now and although as an attorney, I have done hundreds if not over a thousand deals as an attorney.

I thought I might try to get involved with real estate to help fund my dreams.

The background: One of the duplexes I’ve got my eye on already has tenants in both units, and the seller has said she won’t disturb them to show the place until there’s an offer on the table.

Flexibility for the drawings can involve monthly payments throughout the project process and or large balloon payment once the project is complete.

There is risk involved for sure.
