Hello,I have been lurking here for awhile and thought that I would jump in and introduce myself.I am a professional firefighter in suburban Detroit and live in the Brighton area.

Introducing cash flows would require untold amounts of work.

The BP Summit is fast approaching so I figured I would introduce myself before meeting you all in person.

Introduce yourself to as many people as possible and listen.

An interesting tidbit....The owner of Atlas Foundation Repair told me that one of the companies in town (can't remember their name) had this crazy goal to make 1 million or 10 million (some large amount at that time in the past for that type of business) and they got it by introducing the lifetime warranty.

Leases are not assigned if in the company name but it is good practice to inform tenants and introduce new owners.Utilities need to be assigned only as to any personal guarantee which is customary with utility companies.

Also the view from the 27th floor was beautiful.Will Barnard was also very approachable and I got to introduce myself to him in the snack room.

A few times I even went back to my car just to go over notes and write more down.My goals currently are trying to figure out what is the best strategy for me, one thing I learned from everyone talking; it doesn't matter what you do, it matters that you do something.I know I need to use this space to introduce myself, so I'll stop here.Thanks!
