You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the tax consequences of the decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck in your search.

Then after the inspection he goes over the report and revises the estimate based on any new information that comes available or big ticket items that may have shown up.

I've found luck obtaining information/licensing requirements first on the county's website under zoning, and then reaching out to the specific town/city and verifying any further requirements they may have over the county's.
