A good TK provider will know their stuff, provide ALL the info and transparency you need to make a decision, and be involved in EVERY part of the process. 

I learned info about different investing strategies & estimating rehabs and then jumped on a bus to tour 4 different flips.

They are gaining the trust of the homeowner by pretending to be an expert in their field and falsifying the info into their advantage so they can make money.  

This is definitely a place for lots of info.

Retail buyers get the same info at just about the same time as real estate licensees, and the listing agents are present at 99% of all showings so in most cases you're not going to getter better access to info or seeing properties.
