Side note: If your seller is very motivated, I would start even lower, maybe at 85k.

pre foreclosure were my bread and butter for many years.but here is the REALITYfolks procrastinate and they are most motivated within literally 1 to 3 days of losing the property.I would not even have my team of door knockers knock more than one week before the saleso to that end I got a LOT of smoking deals.

Hey guys, starting out with my wholesaling journey, and have some questions.After you got motivated seller, what do you do...meaning what kind of papers need to be signed?

Do they not get as good of returns, tax incentives, or what is motivating this? 

Hey Guys- was wondering if you could give some ideas on reasons why Agents call pretending to be motivated sellers on our DM campaign?  

Today my partners and I met with our first motivated seller from a yellow letter campaign (1700 pieces/month).  

You never know what a seller's motivation is.  

We are obviously looking to start out here and build a buyer list and find the best ways to get motivated sellers because we plan on starting out wholesaling properties and then move on to bigger and better things hopefully.

The listing price is at $899,000 and the agent says that the seller is motivated and make an offer.
