I guess the reason I am considering it is because it is a way to stay somewhat active in the market here in Denver, while at the same time earning some extra money!

Since you're saying the work includes both "lumber" and "pipe", I'm guessing this is a general contractor and not just a framer or a plumber?

I guess I'm confused why you're asking these questions when ownership is not changing hands. 

I am guessing not many being you are asking about the rate. 

I guess it’s possible it varies by lender and insurance company.
