I have been reading books, posting on forums, going to cashflow games, and am gearing up to go to my first local REI Club meeting tonight!

If anyone has any books they can recommend that would be great-how is Robert Kiyosaki's OPM book?

I have been studying every book and audio I could get my hands on concerning Birddogging and wholesaling.

So with that said, you are quickly going to burn bridges with your favorite mortgage buy/gal.

I would suggest checking out a few preforeclosure books to get some ideas.

Now if they really want to have a non-performing asset on their books for that long there is just something seriously wrong with them and I would have a hard time believing they won't get off their stubborn asses and make the deal happen.

Since this is a private source, there are no bank guidelines to follow, and there are ABSOLUTELY NO DUE DILIGENCE FEES (my favorite thing about this group;) .
