If you are handy with MS Excel, you can sort by listing price to screen out the highs and lows of the list, but you are going to need to do the grunt work from there.

I pay 100 a month for excellent coverage from blue cross, with a $500 deduc., 10 dollar copays, etc.

The excellent information on this site has helped me with a couple of properties that I have been sitting on for a while.

For instance, nearly all my properties have traits that were critical to their financial viability as rentals, but which would have never been conveyed in numbers or via software...because of that, I prefer to collect my own data, do my own analyses, see the properties with my own eyes, and do my own due diligence--and I don't need any fancy software to do that (at least, nothing fancier than Excel).Just my two cents.Good luck out there!

The same thing happens in California, and will continue to happen in the status quo.This is an excellent point and spells out one of the root causes for the price points here in CA and in NY.
