Kill the existing ground cover and trim the trees & bushes. 

Ivy ground cover around that tree to end of the garden toward the drive way.Set a round shrub between the front tree, centered between the tree, drive and sidewalk, triangularly centered.

While there are some great projects underway, most are very small scale - just a few city lots at a time.I've worked with one on the East Side and in addition to growign vegetables in the summer, they have a hoop house for year-round cool-weather produce, a lot with fruit trees, a lot with chickens and goats and they purchased the old, abandoned corner store and turned it into a community center with a library, computers and meeting area.

Spent the day using the sun break to trim a really nasty tree and do some yardwork around the place - I just don't have the energy to even fake the interest this year - there was absolutely nothing about the game this year that made me feel like I had to see it.

Just before Covid was made a money tree by our president as he declared a national Emergency, I found my 2 homes that were just perfect!

I don't care if they are blue, purple, 21 years old, male , female, animal, tree, alien... and our lead gen systems don't discriminate based on those factors.

Seems to me that the rate of appreciation on your current property qualifies it to be defined as a money tree.
