I've learned far more from mistakes I made then the things I did right. and I think people starting off should know the mistakes are a great educator, so don't fear them...

The benefit from networking  and education derived from membership is invaluable.

I'd like to get involved in the real estate investing industry and have been reading, listening to podcasts, and educating myself.Right now I am trying to find a full time job in a position that will give me some experience I can use to help kick start my own real estate investments (interested in rehabbing).

Before you spend any money on education, go to these meetings and talk, talk, talk to the people who are doing the strategies you want to employ.

I have been reading and educating myself about the field of RE Investing.

I am currently enrolled at a community college and planning to expand my education further in sales/marketing at a university.

I don't know if WA would require I do, but better I know before I jump out and get into a miserable penalty game.Before I can do an investment deal, I need some more education.
