During the last year, I have had a few trespassing situations, a tenant threatened with a gun in front of the properties while walking his dog, an attempted break in, and then yesterday caught a squatter in an empty unit when I showed up to do a showing.  

Performing notes are like sleeping dogs - let them be.

I would ask those that promote this type of behavior if they would work with that buyer on their house.

Real estate is the most interesting thing I've ever learned about; however, I recently started my business as a bird dog and something hit me; like a wall.

If I weren't a moral man, I'd shoot FWE's favorite dog just to spite them. 

If there is anyone with an advice on how to start doing it, although I know it could be somewhat difficult since I live in a different country where laws, market behavior, loans, etc, are so different to those found in US, any advice be much appreciated!
