I would also bet, along those same lines, that there is other stuff they are hoping no one will find.

Luckily most folks know to buy and sell through title and escrow companies or closings attorneys so this stuff just does not happen very often.  

Most likely you can't start the rehab until all this Corona stuff passes.

andrew as you know there has been a lot of speculation and worry last few weeks in the residential rental world.My thought is we have to wait till mid to end of April to see real April numbers.Keep in mind most tenants never get on BP or read about all the stuff that we investors discuss ,  Govmit has stepped in big time..
