Has anyone had experience with Rocket Lawyer?

If the loan is not FHA then it can be removed and simply falls off once the condition of LTV is met or exceeded.

What kind of condition was the property in?

It has plently of parking space and the condition is great on the outside and the restaurant is in great cosmetic conditions.

So, I buy with [private] cash and rehab to move-in ready condition.

For the properties that my business manages as well as our own holdings our general procedure is that we do annual inspections on single family rentals to check the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors as well as a overall condition of the property.
