I would prefer, personally, to invest a substantially lessor amount to fix the property to give the option of either retaining it as a rental and/or selling it without the loss or a much lessor one. 

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

I opened all of their florida markets and ive helped the company expand Florida to be the most successful state in the country.

@Aaron Vaughn I appreciate the recommendation, but my preference for the time being is to proceed with investing in the Milwaukee market.
