If you're color is close, the difference from one wall to another won't be noticeable.

Our designer will be responsible for choosing all 'finishing' items such as paint colors, lights, countertops, doors, sinks, faucets etc.

That is applicants that pass the phone screening with flying colors get the lock box code and get to look at the unit during their appointment time without taking up your time.

Things as simple as paint color can help or hinder you from renting a place quicker.

Some, such as adverse possession by way of either color or title or claim of right, are pretty heady topics and could easily devour an entire weekend of training, rather than the one minute +/- that I allocated.

Once it's scratched, you have 3 options. 1) Leave it alone. 2) Use wood putty/color marker to hide the scratch, which the success rate is about 50/50. 3) Replace the scratched board with the leftover boards from the original install.

But to everyone else I call it a flip and call myself a house flipper or an investor if I don't want to get hit up about their "extensive" knowledge from watching HGTV and how I should partner with them and they'll just pick out colors for half the profit (this excludes my architect buddy on here who I would partner with and let pick out colors for a share, lol!).
