How hard is it to get condemned property uncondemned that is an option I am interested in finding out about as I generally pay to leave and have success but always feels bad.

Its hard to get a securities based line of credit with a $100k portfolio.

Maybe it's time for them to sell one of the real estate bad deals to free up money and credit to invest in properties that do actually put money in their pocket.

With the tenant friendly courts in Denver it's probably not a bad idea to cut your losses and send them on their way with their $630 but just be sure to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth when the next potential landlord calls you up for a rental history verification. 

We'd have to dive more into credit and rental history to be sure, but I don't see why you couldn't qualify.
