I feel I should get something from this adjustment to our original lease, especially because it will necessarily mean greater use/mileage on the house.My policy is this:Individual must be screened and approved before they can move in.New Tenant must be willing to sign the lease and accept that they become 100% responsible for the terms of the lease and rent.
