The very notion of shouldn't the towns folk pay for that, it simply blows my mind how a person could argue such with a straight face, seriously, it's that level of bonkers to me. 

The last big blow up ( the GFC) was based on booking hundreds of thousands of bad loans and then lenders stopped lending all together.

I am an advocate for multifamily, so if you can qualify for a higher purchase price then go for multifamily.

Keep in mind that most states allow municipalities to change regulations, so also look for news about meetings and see which way the wind is blowing in that area! 

I never understood people advocating two coats, especially those pros that sell two coats of Sherman Williams.
