@Michael Hill We negotiate a bulk plan with the provider where we get the Internet for let's say $20 per unit then we turn around and offer it to the residents at $40 which is still less than let's say the retail cost of $50.

Customer service is lacking, they are difficult to get ahold of (whether you're an owner or guest), and they price your unit too low.
