@Michael Hill We negotiate a bulk plan with the provider where we get the Internet for let's say $20 per unit then we turn around and offer it to the residents at $40 which is still less than let's say the retail cost of $50.

As of right now, there are 3 existing permitted structures: main house, detached garage in front (600 sq ft), and huge 2-story detached storage unit in back (2400 sq ft).
