Search Craigslist daily for owner finance, owner carry, etc.

The whole point of wholesale of any industry is to sell in volume, and sell at a substantial discount, which leaves margin for others to profit, thus building a distributor model.The problem with that and real estate, and the MLS system, is MLS tries to get the seller the highest value possible, which contradicts the core concept of wholesale.I think the only way this would work is with banks, and they will probably want the whole saler, and the agent to be one in the same for their convenience, which you have, which is advantageous to you. 

Hello Bigger Pockets members, I am a business owner who is looking to transition away from my current "daily grind" into the world of REI.

It can happen quickly if it is a low volume time of the year and your envelope happens to end up on the top of someones pile. during high volume times of the year, coupled with something as simple as someone at the county clerks office going on vacation at the wrong time and it can take many months.  

Actually in the 400+ properties i deal with on a weekly basis these are by far the simplest to maintain and lease on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.  

I talk to people daily who truly believe they have to go to work for someone else until they are 65, have car/house payments with "bad debt" their whole lives.  

Refer to it at least weekly if not daily (when you shave?)

My current daily commute is like 1.5 hours each way so I need a break, LOL...

I will answer questions to my question as they come about but know this...Charlotte is a hot spot with plenty of new rental buildings popping up daily, especially in the downtown area.
