I am looking at a Duplex, am wondering if I could live out of one side as my primary residence for a year, and Airbnb out the other side during my first year... and then after my first year, regularly rent out my side, or Airbnb both sides... does anyone know the rules to this? 

My question is whether or not I should consider this option to help speed up the sale.

I am wondering how people go about placing quality big name tenants like Starbucks for example.

I've used them for cash sales in less than 14 days, they get it done cleanly.  

They practice general real-estate law, and do sales transactions for condominium.
