This does not usually cover units that have upgrades or have had work done on them that is not standard.

Sometimes meeting times/locations get changed, and sometimes (as in the case of the DFWREICLUB = 20% discount) you can get discounts / special upgrades / better seating / etc. if you signup and pre-pay online.

Any upgrade will come out of your pocket.

I was thinking maybe I could buy average houses in nice neighborhoods and upgrade them with upscale features and sell them above market value.

I only upgrade things that are durable and have less of a chance of being trashed.

And if they are duplexes, certain slum landlords over the years did not quite help with their "repairs" and "upgrades".

My guy suggested that I upgrade any old furnace before the deadline.

Assume no more than $3,000 in repairs/upgrades needed at purchasing.

My wife and I bought a home a year ago, with the plan on renting it out and upgrading sometime in the next year or two.
