Will they be aware of the condition or is there anymore info I need to submit

We submitted an offer, but lost out to an offer "substantially" higher than ours.

Who has tips/tricks on submitting an offer on a REO property?

I am interested in submitting a bid on a hudhomestore property in Columbus, OH.

I found a property and submitted the offer and it was accepted. 

I do not intend to replace my full time job with the license, I am mostly looking to use the MLS and submit discounted offers without having to waste an agent's time.

So I redrafted the Note and Deed with new terms and submitted to a title/escrow company.

We included the authorization to release information and the landlord came back and said their policy was to only release this information once their tenant has submitted a notice to vacate.My applicant does not want to submit the notice until they are approved.

So far I haven't been able to find Karen Page, but I just prepared a 'Claim for Damages' form, which has to be submitted as a requirement, before I'm legally allowed to file a suit against the city.
