I did buy 350 SFRs coming out of the recession but as stated landlording just is not my thing sold them all 4 years ago.. so just look for the next real estate shiny object.. but the real estate license and what I learned from 18 on and all the contacts I made being an agent through the years set up all my later business's and success's.. and of course there were failures along the way.. the 08 meltdown about killed us.. but now its in the rear view mirror
