What if you have multiple bank accounts? 

The cash flow on a duplex doesn’t matter from a sales perspective.

If your area requires multiple ways of sending the letter, you do it all.I do not know if you'll need to go to court.

I went to school in Cincinnati so generally aware of the area, but look forward to getting more perspective on market condition, growth potential, economics, rental demand etc. 

Which means I could have money to purchase multiple properties.If I keep it, I can rent it out for $1,600 a month.

as i keep reading through the bigger pockets book on rental investing, i keep running across these sections that say "this isn't expensive and shouldn't cost more than $1000". but I've read things like this multiple times throughout this book.

There are big investors and small investors all giving their stories and it’s helpful for perspective.

If anyone here actively invests send me a PM so we don't bog down the blog, but want to get some different perspectives and maybe some tips on how to work the lack of a predictable schedule.
