People areally buying new construction homes out here before they are even holes in the ground and some of them are increasing in market value by $10,000 - $30,000 beforeally they are completed.

If they feel insecure you could add another type of lock, like a sliding bolt that mounts on the surface and slides into a hole drilled in the jamb.

Put more coverage on the property...It's also prudent that you do due diligence on the LLC formation.. because a good lawyer will try to find loop holes in your LLC to get to your personal asset...

I do know you can disclose it and still sell it, just might need to discount the price a little.To try and go back to get it permitted probably would probably cost a lot, cutting holes in sheetrock..
