The medical profession should be the source of all the private $ you will need.Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.

I lean towards the marketing position just because it specifically requires writing experience and would also introduce me somewhat to the PM field.

I worked in the mortgage foreclosure field for over 10 years, eventually realizing that I enjoy helping people more. 

My monthly bills consist of $257 for medical insurance, car insurance, and a cell phone bill(Not including groceries.)
