Facebook marketplace. 

@Bryant Xavier There are many ways, Wholesalers are a great way to do it, and the other was are below- Facebook Market place - Meetups in your local area - Realtors that do/work with a lot of investors- Trust/estate/probate attorneys - Family Law attorneys- Handyman/contractor/sub contractors- Lenders/Title & Escrow as well- Your own mailers- Advertising (FB, Craigslist, mailers*, radio, door knocking, NODs etc..)

Is there some kind of marketplace for this where I can get in contact insurance companies to rent out my property?

It's a great place to gain insight, network, and find deals in the marketplace.

Doing these things in these ways gives me more credibility and authority in the eyes of the marketplace and I want to take advantage of that.

Honestly anytime I post a rental on FB market place I have like 50 interest people, only about 10 are actually good leads and of that 10 maybe half go through the whole process but I really have good luck on Facebook.

There has to be an easier way.Has anyone used the Forclosure.com website through the Market place on BP?  

I definitely use Facebook to pre-screen as I use the marketplace to help market my properties. 

However, there is more you can do to get more views on your listing.List on Facebook MarketplaceIf you’re targeting younger buyers, post the home for sale on Facebook Marketplace.

Craigslist, zillow, go to a local REIA, facebook, tweeter put a for sale sign or you can also try selling it here in the market place or even the forum post.
