Good Morning Bigger Pockets Family, I recently listened to BP episode 527 and episode 528 with Pace Morby, and I (like many of you) was inspired to take action with the immense wealth of knowledge he provided on securing seller financed deals.

Technology won't change that.The echo chamber investor is the most likely one to lose their money on a deal because they only want back pats and don't listen to constructive criticism.

Hey everyone, I was listening to the recent podcast episode with Pace Morby on creative financing and he mentioned something I had never heard of before.

I think reading books that BP has to offer/listening to podcasts has helped me immensely.

I dove in head first and for the past three weeks I've listened to like a hundred podcast, read books, and watched YouTube videos gathering all the general information and narrowing down where I want to start and I settled on virtual wholesaling, because our local market is crazy.

At the time I had read so many books, listened to so many podcasts, youtube videos, etc, etc.

Also, listen to folks who are in the game, not the critics in the nosebleeds.
