I have a couple questions regarding subject to purchasing.

There are a few BP podcasts that discuss this.I'm a bit fired up on this topic because I'm going through an eviction right now on a tenant that I had been way too nice and lenient towards, and he lied to my face and in writing multiple times, disrespected me, damaged my property, and as of this morning owes me a couple thousand dollars and is squatting in my unit.

ARV is around 450k on the conservative side.I've flipped a few properties with a couple in the 500k-600k range.

There's a lot worse things in the world than having a couple smaller properties that are kicking it performance wise before you become the MF mogul. 

@Joseph Denesowicz You're already renting it, just ask them to do a rent to own for a couple of years and exercise your option to purchase as soon as you have the cash and can qualify for the financing.

The rebound of oil and gas coupled with effects of Harvey are making Houston market very interesting.
