a guy comes to a doctor and says that he is 65 and only can do it with his wife 3 times a week, and his neighbour is 67 and says he does it every day. 

What a blessing it is to be learning from people doing it every day.

The key is actually stopping by every day (at least during the initial stages) so that you get a good sense for how much work was done since your previous visit.  

They have a lot of great tips and ways to reduce everyday expenses which will give you more money to invest.

That said, these are not risk free investments and eventually we will have principal loss but we are committed to working hard every day to protect our investors, maintain transparency, and minimize loss of principal should it occur.

I require my employee/foreman 3 pictures on what they've done as part of their everyday work, this is because this is part of my contract most of the time.

Otherwise you're posting fake ads on craiglist every day out of desperation to get (crappy) leads any way you can.
