Another thing to try is installing surveillance cameras at the entry points of the building (not outside), get your local law enforcement's guidance as to where you can legally install them.

We think there are some better entry points in San Antonio and Dallas, the latter where we've purchased 8 200+ communities in the past 18 months.  

I usually volunteer to work the entry door at the meetings.  

Typically any industry with a low cost of entry and a fractured infrastructure will result in large volumes on unreliable/unprofessional/unaccountable service providers.So to answer your question, YES, it can be quite hard to find good contractors, but there are still lots of good ones out there.

My current day job also allows me to work from home a few days per week, so it's easy for me to fit in some deal analysis, lead hunts, data entry, education, phone calls, etc.We found BP through my obsession with podcasts, while trying to learn more about personal finance and how to invest for our future.
