Owner has ran into tough financial times and can't keep up the place or they overpaid for the property and do not have enough funds coming in with the tenants to make the repairs and the mortgage.Lot's of colors of the rainbow and nothing surprises me anymore as an investor myself or in my commercial broker capacity.

I guess you could always put your properties in the classified section of the Sunday newspaper, or, even better, one of those color booklets that they give away for free right by the door of the supermarket...now that is some up-to-the-minute information there.I'm curious why this is "great news"?
