These calls were charged out at $168 a visit & the sewage backups were horrendous.

For every person (including yourself) that visits your listing on one of these OTA's and doesn't book, that dings your conversion score and signals to the OTA that your listing is isn't optimized.

And as sure as the sun rises in the east and set's in the west, wage inflation INCREASES market economy prices, that includes rents and median pricing of real estate just as much as tooth paste and pickles.
