I apologize in advance if some of my figures are off, they come from a variety of different sources.Midway through the pandemic as unemployment rates were rising it looked as if RE was going to start taking a massive hit and cause floods of new inventory to hit the markets, but to this point that doesn't seem to be happening (in Asheville at least).
