Should i next day air letters of notification to the first and second unit so that it gets there December 1st notifying them that a new lease will be set in place January 1st, 2020.

Hey all,A frustrating situation I (first time residential home buyer) am in;Our inspection came in on a 2 story 1500 sq foot 1920s house(as-is) in Roxborough with 2 major concerns:Basement - Joint rot that was addressed by adding vertical supporting beams towards the end of each joint (but they lack 'snowshowing' at the base and might be advisable to add additional for support)Electric - Knob/tube wiring and 0 grounded outlets through entire the houseThe issue is our inspection doesn't have an estimate, only a recommendation to get an additional specialist inspection for that to obtain an estimate.

Inspection found everything we thought including knob and tube wiring, mold, and insulation issues.  

Is Air bnb an option for the winter then go back to long term rental if you don’t like air bnb.

It can be dangerous to your health if you don't air out the property completely. 

ESPECIALLY considering that you need to do smoke/odor mitigation throughout the same air compartment. 

This house needed a facelift to the exterior, new windows, new roof, central heat and air update, kitchen and bath/full interior update, and some tree services and light landscape updates.
